Photoshop Face Coloring

Meh, I couldn't fit "Tutorial" in the title. Oh, well. Anyway, this was made specifically for a friend, and the directions for his benefit. Obviously, like it says in the title, this is for Photoshop users. I'll be following this up with a hair tutorial, but I won't be doing one for eyes because I have already come across one that is way better than I could ever do here.
